I am a Woman

No matter what you say

no matter how you judge.

Even if I don’t have long hair

or fair skin.

My deep brown glow

a turnoff for almost all.

I may not wear makeup

or dress the way you think women should.

My curves never acceptable,

unless they are on lighter or white women.

None of this negates

my womanhood.

I am not a man,

even though you say

sex from behind with me

would be like hitting a man.

I am all woman.

No matter how you judge me.

No matter how much you hate me.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
