At this point, it might be more his track record of ignoring people with actual experience and real-world data that’s affecting his hiring prospects more than his social media history. As documented here (even w/ positive spin), his process seems to be: ignore people and facts, impose his “disruptive” vision, and drop rather than revise when it fails. This would not make for a great person at your company.
