Download Free Ebooks From Google –

I’m currently pursuing B.E in Computer Engineering & the cost of each book is around ₹ 500. So I’ve decided to E-Learn for free. In this post you will learn how to download free Ebooks from Google. All you need is access to the Internet.

What is Google Hacking?

Google hacking is the term used when a hacker tries to find exploitable targets and sensitive data by using search engines. The Google Hacking Database (GHDB) is a database of queries that identify sensitive data. Although Google blocks some of the better known Google hacking queries, nothing stops a hacker from crawling your site and launching the Google Hacking Database queries directly onto the crawled content.

Do we need Google Hacking?

Yup, if we want to have a free access to the things that cost a lot of money & only rich people on earth can afford. Its a boon if we use it for educational purposes or testing security of a website and bane if we use it for hacking someone else’s site without the permission of the owner.

What information we get access to?

We can access someone else’s ftp server. We can get mySQL databases, username as well as passwords. We can get private information like Credit Card numbers, CVV and much more. More information given [here](https://www.exploit-db.com/google-hacking-database/).

How it happens?

Suppose if the price of some book is too high & someone uploaded it as a backup to their own Dropbox or Google Drive account or anywhere on the internet as far as Google Search Engine can crawl through it, then we can access it.

Not really ?

Yup, it’s true. Below is an example snippet on how to download an E-book for Free.

Just type `book-name filetype:pdf` in Google.

For example,

learning python filetype:pdf

And then click on any link to view / download the PDF. You might require to crawl to multiple pages to get the result.

To improve accuracy on downloading correct PDF or Ebook do the following,

inurl:learning python filetype:pdf

And make sure there is no space between `inurl` & `book-name` or `filetype` & `pdf`.

I hope you enjoyed my first post.
