North (1994)

The main character of this movie is a little boy North, who thinks that his parents don’t pay enough attention to him, so he decides to look for a new folks. He goes through the different states of America, like Taxes, Alaska, Hawaii, New York, and even other countries, but something always goes wrong. He meets new parents, which want to observe their dead kid or get a benefit, some of them acting strange. At that time North’s classmate Winchell raises a rebellion against other parents all over the world. 
In the end North finally understands that he needs his own parents and wants to be with them. At the moment of reunion he awakes and realizes that all this time he has been dreaming.
