Sometimes Facebook can be somewhat silly; like when they insinuate that ad effectiveness is based off of cost-per-click:

If your goal is a sale, relying on cost-per-click as your main key performance indicator ( KPI) makes zero sense. The true KPI is acquisition cost.

Don’t hunt for cheap clicks. Hunt for clicks that will spend money. I’d rather buy a $3 click from an audience that converts at 0.1% than a $1 click from an audience that converts at 0.025%. Wouldn’t you?

So get your shit together Facebook, because I’m not interested in tweaking my audience because the cost-per-click is high.
