Your numbers are way off when it comes to how much caffeine is in a cup of coffee… A medium cup (tall) of Starbuck’s Pike Place drip coffee is ~250mg… To say four cups of coffee is 400mg is just flat out wrong unless you’re drinking really crappy coffee at a cafeteria or something. Or maybe you’re talking Latte, or some other type of coffee-based drink. Who knows, the link to the study doesn’t even work so it’s hard to tell.

Also everybody metabolises coffee at a different rate… It’d be great if in the future you make sure the links to the studies you reference actually work and also looking at multiple studies to get a more broad perspective/discussion about something as diverse as coffee, especially when it comes to sugar consumption which is way more extreme in espresso coffees. Many coffee addicts are actually not drinking that much caffeine but sugar consumption from specialty drinks is off the charts.
