Free Dell Drivers For XpI'm not familiar with your specific model, but if you've had it completely apart you probably have downloaded the service manual for it and would know if it might be this simple: pop off the hinge cover, fold it open flat, remove the keyboard, unplug the new screen, lay some cloth and a sheet of cardboard across the new LCD and tape across the corners of the old one to the bezel just to hold it in place without messing up the new one..
