Heller Demands Vote on Trump Judicial Nominees
Dean demands that Senate Leadership keep the Senate open 24/7 to get it done
While 46 of President Trump’s judicial nominees wait to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate, liberal activist courts like the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals are overreaching and dramatically influencing public policy in our country.
After the judicial confirmations this week, the Senate will have confirmed more Circuit Court Judges in just a few months, than Obama could in 8 years.
Unprecedented obstruction has crippled the judicial system from fully functioning.
Senator Dean Heller has had enough.
“There is no excuse to prevent our courts from being fully operational,” Heller said. “Americans deserve to trust our judicial system to function properly, something Democrats are preventing by obstructing President Trump’s nominees from being confirmed.”
That’s why he’s demanding a vote and urging Senate Leadership to keep the Senate open 24/7 to prevent the Democrats’ obstructionism of the president’s judicial nominees.
Dean is committed to confirming conservative judges, like he did when he voted to confirm Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch earlier this year.
