How to buy a house as a millennial.

A big house, a small house, two bedrooms, one bedroom…this is overwhelming.

Buying a house is truly overwhelming and can become a major hump in the road towards success. A house can average anywhere from $100,000 to $500,000. As a person just out of college and a job opportunity that we have to pursue, a house is a major issue.

Now as a person of society we all know the routine of life. We go to school, get a part time job, finish high school, go to college, find a better job, find a house, work for life.

We do not want to be like this as a zombie of society. We have to be different to stand out and be successful.

Fuck buying a huge house.

See the houses in the background there, you may think. Wow! They are living the life!

No they are not…

See all of the other houses in the background. They are just like everyone else, spend a shit ton of money on a hosue that you can not afford or do not need.

The key here is to buy a tiny house.

A tiny house can range literally anywhre from $15,000 to $100,000 depending on what you choose or need. Difference in money is huge from tiny to big house. As a millennial you do not have children or pets probably, maybe you have a girl friend. You do not need to impress her with your house or nice appartment.

Buy a tiny house to save more money to invest towards your success. Huge houses are too big and unnecessary. Be different and make the sacrifice. Sacrifice the quality of an awesome house for a small house that just fits your needs and nothing more.

Be smart about your decision. You do not want to be house rich and pocket poor. You do not want to be spending more time outside your house working rather than more time in your house living. Spend the money that you can afford. Make the choice. Live great and do not work yourself to death. Be different and watch as your quality of life increases.
