Reflections on CEO’ing and Collaborative Growth
It’s been a while, and a lot has happened! Today, I had a profound reflection on the art of being a CEO. What I’m realizing is that while degrees and formal education provide a wealth of knowledge and the right mindset, there’s an aspect of CEO’ing that you can’t prepare for: the experience itself. This is where you become both the student and the teacher, learning and evolving through real-world challenges.
As the CEO, my goal has always been to ensure that everyone I collaborate with has the autonomy to thrive as independent entrepreneurs and business owners. This principle extends to myself as well. Instead of on-boarding a full staff, I chose to partner with individuals and businesses that could benefit from the services I offered, creating a symbiotic relationship where we could mutually contribute to each other’s growth.
