Strength

a. Bench Press:

  • Work to a 1RM (i.e. 1 rep max)

b. Box Jump:

  • Work to a max height

Conditioning

2 x 5 min AMRAP:

  • 200m Run
  • 12 Thrusters (Rx = 95/65, Scaled = 65/35)
  • 9 Over the Bar Burpees*

Rest 3 minutes between rounds
*If no bar, substitute with over hurdle burpees (roughly 12")
