Strength
a. Bench Press:
- Work to a 1RM (i.e. 1 rep max)
b. Box Jump:
- Work to a max height
Conditioning
2 x 5 min AMRAP:
- 200m Run
- 12 Thrusters (Rx = 95/65, Scaled = 65/35)
- 9 Over the Bar Burpees*
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
*If no bar, substitute with over hurdle burpees (roughly 12")
Post indvidual time for both rounds
