good read, but addressing the last paragraph: if you’re a social strategist, video director *and* writer who tweets in her own voice about questionable subjects, but you care deeply about politics and have a degree in mgmt — you’re probably a “high risk” job candidate and your folder is likely to get tossed.

I love your breaking/Tinder analogy and often compare dating to job hunting. Personally, I think there are times to exit gracefully, and there are times to exit in a ball of fire. With so many women and minorities experiencing discrimination and malpractice, 2017 is not the time to stay quiet.
