I quit social media. Here’s what I’ve learned.

A lot of what you said resonates with me. Recently I have been spending way too much time on social media, espeically before bed. Your experience has inspired and motivated me to go on a social media diet, and I shall start with trying to do other things before bed. I shall blog about the experience if it proves to be as worthwhile as yours did!
