Everyone outgrows everything, including habits. Outgrowth is something that is inevitable. You can’t avoid it and you can’t do anything to stop it. Outgrowth is apart of living. I didn’t realize any of this until I noticed that the habits I used to do a month are different from the ones I do now.

You outgrow habits because you improve and changed every day. You are never going to be the same person you were yesterday. What I mean by changing is having a different mindset, mentality, environment, or even goal each day. Habits are affected by this because the things you do is a reflection of who you are. It is your reflection because the things you do is your way of expressing and revealing yourself. So if you keep changing every day, slowly but surely, you will outgrow our habits.

1) You outgrow habits because of the mindset you’re in.

Your mindset affects your habits because your mindset is your attitude and your mood. If you’re not in the mood to stick to your habit, chances are you’re not going to stick to your habit.
