I’ve been doing IF for over a year now, best (health) decision of my life. The weight loss is great of course, but I was also surprised to see my energy levels improved. No more falling asleep after lunch. I can’t imagine ever going back to eating three meals a day — it’s just too much. At the moment I’m eating daily between 8 AM and 2 PM, but I’m going to give your 4:3 method a try starting Monday.
