Hello! I’m facing problems on implementing the above from STEP 6.In the first document,I made a 500x500 white background psd and made a new layer with solid color fill(none) which gave a black background to the layer.Then I added a layer mask and made it white,and with the help of gradient tool,I was able to achieve a gradient with darker blacks on the top and lighter blacks on the bottom.[I didn’t find color to alpha option on Photoshop,so skipped it].Now I adjusted blend mode to Dissolve and 25% opacity to get black particles on white background.Now I copied the layer {layer 1} with the color fill to a new document with the same properties.Now,I can’t see any grainy particles on the new document,which is contradicting with your step 6,which means I did something wrong.Please help me out in this.And I generally make illustrations in Illustrator so it would be great if you could tell me how to import this texture to illustrator.I’m a beginner,so sorry if something sounded very stupid to you.:)
