Thank you for describing your recovery process. Each day is like starting a new life, really. You have a chance to try, try again. Always do something good for your body. You will figure out how to be healthy because your mind is focused. Think about what food is doing to your body. Think about the nutrients that you take in that will replenish skin cells, hair, improve your eyesight, etc. Think about the good that food is doing for you. Take time with your food. Concentrate on how exercise strengthens your bones and builds a stronger body. You live in your body after all.
