I listen to Ann Coulter a lot and nod my head; I listen to Bill Maher, Ayaan Ali Hirsi, Rush Limbaugh, Anderson Cooper, Cenk Uygur, etc. with the same patience, with the same open ears, nodding my head. Yes, I don’t understand why we don’t have real open dialogue with each other.
