When I was at school, I was often found on the periphery, watching others with fascination. But after I while, I was criticised, labeled boring, odd, and quiet.
Judge less, observe more
Alex Mathers

I’ve always been an observer. I used to go entire days in school not saying anything at all. I was extremely shy and read a lot. I ended up taking in my surroundings quietly every day. I was criticized for ‘not being as intelligent’ as everyone else by certain classmates because I never said anything — and it wasn’t and isn’t true. I’m a listener, a reader, a thinker, a writer, and an observer. I find that memories are more worthy because I take notice of everything around me silently without distraction. I remember so many details.
