Hey Brian, thanks for the helpful article. On a test run, I had a feature come back with 100% required. Since no one indicated it as a desire or a delighter, the satisfaction coefficient returns a score of 0. Even if a few people responded with delighters, it still would have thrown the score off. Is there a better way to calculate that score? Thanks for any insights you have to offer.
