Jai, once again your writing reveals a master’s experience considered with a beginner’s mind. Your lifetime of training and providing service does not render you dogmatic or condescending. Quite the opposite your approach is fresh and spontaneous! You make such original combinations of classic advice dealing with diversity of exercise and play, priority of sleep, and healthy self image. Your contributions to fitness and nutrition are on par with Jack Lalanne, Arnold Schwarzenegger, John Robbins and Jane Fonda.
