I moved to the Midwest to escape New Jersey. I find it difficult to balance the Jersey Shore, where I grew up for sixteen years, with the disaster we know call Atlantic City. I worked in South Jersey politics briefly and it came to the realization it was not worth my fight for the same reasons you express here.
