All the legal formalities are crucial for the success of the business. “The first consideration is whether to organize into an LLC or a corporation,” said Dr. Sarah Nilsson, Assistant Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

As for the UAV business, you must be familiar with the insurance requirements, regulations, state laws and local ordinances in order to operate,” added Nilsson.
