Today, drone can be found in various sizes and shapes and are used for all sorts of purposes. Few years back it was possible to fly a drone in a broad range of areas, and as of now, a lot have changed and certain rules & regulations have been formulated for the safe, secure, legal flight.

Have a look at certain rules formulated for DRONES in JAPAN-

What are the restrictions?

- Drone to be flown not more than 150 m from ground level.
- Drone not to be operated near airports.
- Restricted around the area that has been officially designated by the Internal Affairs and Communications Ministry as Densely Inhabited Districts (DIDs).

How to know about the restricted areas?

DIDs maps have been published throughout the country by the government and various local governments have passed ordinances over the restricting drone flying.
