How to keep calm during an interview:

By:

  • Realising the interviewer isn’t out to ‘get you’
  • Smiling with your eyes as well as your mouth
  • Breathing. There is no rush, don’t slur, stutter, rush. Be both staccato and legato in your expression
  • Open body language
  • Look good, smell good, have clean teeth, shine your shoes

And then all the other good stuff of course:

  • Know yourself
  • Know the company
  • Know the market
  • Know the role
