Life Lessons: How can I make my life simpler?

  1. It’s either a HELL YES of a FUCK NO

Don’t overcomplicate, deliberate or consider things from 100 angles. You’re either all in or all out

2. Do less and focus more

Why try and achieve 16 things at once. You have spiritual, physical, work and love quadrants in your life. At the MOST aim to do one thing in each quadrant and DON’T deviate until you achieve THOSE goals

3. Engage in the Principle of Habituation

You know those things that you avoid/that scare you? (We all have them) Well the only way for them to stop being as scary is by spending MORE TIME in that zone. You’ll raise the bar in respect of your ability to cope with pressure

4. Have one/two CLOSE friends. No more to share your laundry with

I keep two friends that I share my woes with on a daily basis. This helps me so much and far more than a huge sprawling network in terms of keeping me GOING

5. Practice all of the above. They do not come easy

But they are worth it
