We all know sugar is harmful for us but we make it a part of our diet. Why should we avoid sugar and how the sugar can harmful for us.

This overloaded sugar can accumulation of fat, which can turn into fatty liver disease and contributes diabetes which can cause heart problem.

It also can raise your blood sugar with lower glycemic index and produce oil and inflammation which can cause acne development.

Eating excessive amount of sugar can also cause developing risk of cancer. Actually, if too much sugar added in your diet increase inflammation in our body can also, cause insulin resistance both can increase the risk of cancer.

It can also cause the risk of depression — A healthy diet gave a good mood and if excessive amount of sugar add in your diet it can change your mood and emotion.

How Much Sugar ??

22 teaspoon is too much. Actually, sugar is not a part of our diet it does not give us protein and vitamins. If we reduce the quantity of sugar in our daily life so, we didn’t feel lazy and our productivity will increase. For women 100 calories means (6 teaspoon or 24 grams) and for men not more than 150 calories (9 teaspoon or 36 grams).
