Are we really free?

This year the police has fined 1,33,000 people for riding a two-wheeler without a helmet.

Were they free to not pay the fine citing that many a times they have seen BJP President Nitin Gadkari on TV, riding a scooter without wearing a helmet? First fine him and then us! The Constitution has provided all the citizens with equal rights.

Will any policeman ever accept this argument? No…!

Then how can we be considered free?
