Finding new eco-systems for DeFi opportunities with Telos EVM.

Looking for a guide on how to get $TLOS onto the Telos EVM? Like any L1 or EVM, bridging your assets across Networks can take a few steps — let’s take a look at a few of the quickest ways to get started with DeFi on the Telos EVM.

  • Cross-chain swaps with RocketXExchange — holding other assets like $MATIC, $BNB or $AVAX in your Metamask? Just head to https://www.rocketx.exchange/ and you can trade other chain’s native assets without a CEX account, RocketX will route the trade through any viable exchange and deposit $TLOS straight in your Metamask wallet. You can then use a DEX like https://www.swapsicle.io/ to swap for stables or other eco-system tokens on the Telos EVM.
Swapping $ETH ($MATIC, $AVAX, $BNB etc. also available) for $TLOS on tEVM using RocketX Exchange takes just a few clicks, with no need for a CEX account.
  • Bring over stables with LayerZero — despite being a smaller chain, Telos have managed to seal a partnership with LayerZero to create their own bespoke bridge. There will be some fees to pay, but you can easily and directly bring your stables over from Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche or Arbitrum in just a few clicks, here: https://bridge.telos.net/bridge.
Use the official Telos Bridge (powered by LayerZero) allows you to bridge over stables from Ethereum, AVAX, Polygon, BSC or Arbitrum to the Telos EVM.
  • CEX off-ramp (TelosEVM) — If you are looking to buy $TLOS rather than bridge or swap, the TLOS/USDT pair on KuCoin https://www.kucoin.com/trade/TLOS-USDT & GATE.io https://www.gate.io/trade/TLOS_USDT have direct withdrawal to the TelosEVM. In order to interact with most dApps on Telos, I would recommend Metamask for withdrawal here.
  • CEX off-ramp (Telos Native) — $TLOS is supported on many exchanges aside from KuCoin & GATE.io. With MEXC, BitGet, Gate.io, Bitfinex also listing Telos, but with withdrawal to the Native chain. For this type of withdrawal you will need to create a Telos Web Wallet at https://wallet.telos.net/. Once withdrawn to your Telos wallet, you can send your $TLOS to tEVM in a few clicks, below.
Once your $TLOS has been withdrawn to your Telos Web Wallet, you can move it over to Telos EVM (and then Metamask), in a couple of clicks.
  • CEX off-ramp (Ethereum, BSC) — Some exchanges also offer withdrawal of $TLOS to Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain. In this case, you can use the pNetwork bridge https://dapp.ptokens.io / to move your BSC or ETH $TLOS over to the Telos EVM.
pNetwork is currently the easiest way to move $TLOS on Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain, over to the Telos EVM.

In terms of ease of use, there is plenty of options to get started with DeFi and move, bridge or swap for $TLOS on the TelosEVM. If you are looking to buy $TLOS to get started, KuCoin remains the easiest option with ample liquidity and instant withdrawal to the TelosEVM.

For convenience, RocketXExchange allows you to swap assets from other Networks in just a few clicks, with no need to create a CEX account.

The LayerZero bridge is one of the most trusted and advanced in the business allowing you to easily move stables from other Networks over on to the Telos EVM.
