1) Our physical NFT marketplace is now officially in live Beta!
We’ve coded an innovative smart contract that allows us to change each NFT’s status once the physical item has been delivered. This allows you to trade its full value should you not claim the asset and opens up entirely new trading, buying & collecting experiences. We will open source this innovation, making this tool available to all builders in the Web3 space as we are confident it will be essential for any NFT commerce solutions.

2) Raffles are back with a major bang on the marketplace!
We (DeLabs LTD) have acquired a 6-bedroom family home in a highly desirable village in South Hampshire with a retail value just below $1,000,000, which we are raffling off on our marketplace! Why is this Physical NFT marketplace needed in the NFT space?

General updates on core zones
Streaming
-New content uploaded now and available on the d’app including a focus on islands. Blockbusters and latest releases are just major funding injections away now as we’ve made ground on establishing key partners.
-Jorge Masvidal & Brad Pickett documentary to be released on the 15th of July along with an improved user experience.
-First opportunities soon to land on the marketplace allowing token holders to fund, own & earn from new productions. The tech is now ready and we are inviting applicants to send over trailers and concepts to hr@dehub.net or contact a member of the admin team while we work on bringing indie film makers on board.
Gaming
-New releases this month: Whack-A-Schiff & DeHub Rocket. The first 10 users to comment “I want to test the new games” in our telegram group will receive links to try the games out. Scheduled for 21st July release.
-Automation of P2E rewards as previously discussed will need further time and Alex’s full attention as our other devs and myself could not iron certain issues out.
-An update on Spartan Circle and the Gaming guilds is due at the end of July too. We had complications with Epic games and our plans with Reece’s contacts in professional gaming. It has taken longer than we all anticipated to resolve but we’ve made progress.
NFTs/Marketplace
There will be a major update on LCFC including token information for launch on the 25th of July.

Earning
-Staking rewards will be topped up with another 5,000,000 tokens to compensate for delays and bugs on harvest day.
-As per the whitepaper, all profit generated from all marketplace sales will be used to buy back DeHub and add to the staking pool for all holders to claim. We are hoping this quarter is the first one that exceeds the 10% APY.
Operations
What a weekend it was in Paris! Myself and Hollie joined the celebrations in person (we hope you enjoyed her story reels of the night) and it was incredible to be around so many like-minded individuals. The event was more orientated on celebrations as opposed to networking but we met some key members of the Binance ecosystem. Seeing CZ live in person was a special moment and we enjoyed the entire speech, AMA and following proceedings. We could not get into the VIP section sadly for a 1–1 chat with CZ though we picked up some key contacts and made new friends in the BSC world. Expect to see us at more conferences and events now we’re in Beta across all d’apps.
