Is Cloud important to me ?

I have used Cloud storages but in my opinion it is not really that important to me. I would use it for storing work for my school or if I ran out of storage space on my usb drives. I want the ability to access my storage without the need of internet. I do not like the idea of using a internet connection to be able access these storages and it would be useless if there were suddenly no electricity or a power outage. We should be aware of the fact that technology is always prone to having a technical issues. Cloud storage service providers cloud always run into this kind of trouble, to keeping up high standards of maintenance. Although Cloud storage is a convenient way to store data, Cloud storage is a potential hazard of using such a method for storing customer data. The internet is not completely secure, and for this reason, there is always the possibility Cybercriminals accessing your personal data or even financial information, therefore using an cloud storage is not really reliable to me. In my opinion cloud storage is good for business wise but for personal use, I feel safe to store and keep my private data on a usb drive, where I know its secured.
