This is fascinating. I am writing a piece on how we can utilize cultural evolution to address human problems and this ties in quite well with it. What do you think complexity science brings to the table? I see a lot of parallels between complex systems and cultural evolution and I am interested to hear your thoughts. I agree with you on your post postscript, but I also think now is an opportunity to really have forward thinking.
