Why? You’ve already made the code open source. Until you know for sure that you want a different legal structure for co-founders and taking investment, doesn’t it make sense to just keep the existing structure around in case you decide to use it in the future? Are there costs/downsides with keeping the C Corp running, even if you’re not doing anything with it at the moment?
