Simplifying Design Workflows: SwiftXR Integrates With Figma for 3D to 2D Generation

SwiftXR is excited to announce our Integration with Figma enabling UI/UX designers, product designers and Figma users easily generate screenshots and animated GIFs of 3D models for their designs/prototypes. SwiftXR is a fast and simple way to add and share 3D/AR/VR content on the web or on your website and Figma is a collaborative web app for UI designs.

Steps

Go to the Figma platform, Open or create a new Design.

After opening the design, go to the Plugins tab, click “Find more plugins…” search for SwiftXR 3D Snap. Click “Run”.

A SwiftXR 3D Snap modal will pop up, log in to continue. If you do not have an account, you would be required to create one. Creating an account on SwiftXR is simple and straightforward.

Create a new project, on the Editor add the 3D models you to use. You can use different components on SwiftXR, Artwork Viewer to generate 3D Artwork, ReadyPlayerMe for 3D Avatar and Sketchfab to get free 3D models.

After adding your specified 3D model, click “Generate Image” to create a transparent 3D screenshot or click “Generate GIF” to create a transparent animated GIF.
