Jason Miller, 37, moved from Indiana in 2006 and currently lives in Lantana, Fla. When most people in their 20s are figuring out what one direction they want to go in life, Miller was busy reaching out into the universe, grasping everything he could.

He went to Johnson & Wales University Providence Campus and earned an associate’s degree in culinary arts and a bachelor of science in business management. But why stop there? He also attended WyoTech, a technical school, in Pennsylvania where he earned a certificate in automotive technology. Not to mention finding time to make the stars align and connect with his future wife, Consuelo.

The Miller family has four dogs that give them all the love and affection that their busy lives desire. Diesel and Lucy are loveable Cane Corso giants (Italian Mastiffs), Bear is a Rottweiler/Pit Bull mix, and Cotton is a Shih-poo. Needless to say, there are a lot of walks, pets, and playfulness in that busy household.

They met through a mutual friend back in 2008 and married in June of 2015. In addition to working toward owning their own business, their other passion is traveling. They’ve been to Central America many times and were married in La Libertad, El Salvador. They also went on a road trip from Paris, Monte Carlo, Monaco, and Nice, through Modena, Florence, Rome, Naples, Amalfi, Pisa, and Milan, before returning to Paris. On their honeymoon, they went on a cruise from Dubai to Italy, where they visited Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Israel, Santorini, Athens, and Venice, then flew to Paris for a couple of days before returning home to Florida.

When they’re not stamping their passports, you’ll find them both buried in work, but that’s the way they like it.

Miller began working as an electronics technician for USPS in 2008, but, as a true hustler, also had a second job as a driver for another delivery company. While out and about on his routes, he kept serendipitously running into the Dudes, which piqued his interest and gave him a reason to dig deeper. Last September marked one year as a Dude, and he sincerely enjoys the freedom and the flexibility his position affords him.

“We feel blessed to have the Delivery Dudes opportunity to help bring in extra money outside of our regular jobs to help achieve our long-term goals,” Miller said. “Being self-employed and owning a business has always been a mutual goal my wife and I share. She’s been in the insurance industry for 10+ years and has been very successful with it.” So while they’re working full-time, plus some, they’re also working to meet all the requirements to open an insurance office.

Big plans require big moves, but there’s no complaining here. When Miller isn’t working, he’s spending time with his family and enjoying poke bowls from Ramen Lab, or planning his next big trip with Consuelo.

We’re stoked to be supporting Jason through his life’s mission. Kudos, Miller. We’re rooting for you!
