Consider your best employee; have you ever wished for more such talents? What if you could have hundreds or thousands of such employees? That’s the essence of AI!

Let’s explore why AI is a game-changer for businesses. It’s not just about possessing clever software; it’s about having a tool that streamlines and enhances your work. Consider customer service — instead of waiting on hold, customers can now interact with a helpful AI chatbot that comprehends their queries and provides instant assistance. It’s like having a 24/7 customer service representative without the need for breaks.

If you have a gym membership and don’t utilize it, what’s the point? Having money allows you to have a gym membership, but staying at home won’t make you slim. Going to the gym is crucial, but the key is doing the right exercises based on your fitness goals, preferably under the guidance of an instructor. For example, you can do aerobics exercises if you want to be slim and strength exercises if you want to build muscles. Figuring out what to do in the gym is more critical than just showing up.

In the world of AI, having AI is not the most crucial aspect; rather, it’s about determining how to utilize AI effectively. How can AI be used to accomplish your business objectives? Similarly, can’t we utilize some sort of “AI Compass” to guide our actions with AI? Indeed, we can! Just as a compass assists in finding directions to unknown locations, it can serve as a guiding tool in our AI endeavors.

Even when the destination is familiar, sailors used to use a compass to make sure they are headed in the right direction. Similarly, even if you possess considerable experience in AI, it’s advisable to consult your “AI Compass’’ for guidance. Just as a compass makes sure you are headed in the right direction, an “AI Compass” can guide your AI efforts into the right direction.

Another aspect of this discussion involves the observation that organizations often attempt to apply AI indiscriminately to any problem they encounter. The current hype surrounding AI might lead people to believe it’s a universal solution capable of solving any problem, but in reality, AI is simply another tool for addressing challenges. Blindly applying AI to problems is like gambling. Will your organization be relying on something like “gambling” to achieve success? We are very sure that the answer is “NO”.
