11th day of #The100DayProject. Book block review.
Here are new special thoughts brought from the book I keep reading:
- The corporate culture in IBM is based on human-centered values — amazing example of what culture can mean to the subordinates. The key was that everyone participated in creating it.;
- So, its time for the new habit. 1st was Being Proactive, 2nd — Begin with the End in Mind. 3-rd — Put first things first.
- This habit is all about self-management. The key point here is regularity and daily-basis. Management is discipline.
Self management was a hard task for me to understand, but I feel I need to look inside and understand the core details to better understand myself. Hope the book would help me with that!
