7th day of #The100DayProject. Book block review.

Here are new thoughts that I gained from the book:

1. The second principle is being strategic. It means to act according to the plan you’ve made in the start of the path. Recently, I started to watch the course on the Strategic Management and please refer there, because ideas that I have read about in this book are the same.
2. We can be extremely effective climbing the ladder, but we have to be sure that this is the right wall.
3. Leadership comes first, management — the second. We define values first and only then we act.
4. We always have a chance to admit that we were wrong and redesign our views.
5. Defining own values makes implementation remarkably easier.

That’s it. I feel I am on the right way and thanks to the idea of #The100DayProject that motivates me a bit more.
