Tiny drops of water fill the ocean

And one single step everyday is better than staying rooted in the same spot

I’m learning everyday to move

Even when the fear grips your heart

And it feels like you just can’t do it

I’m learning to do, especially when I feel like retreating into the safety of my do-nothingness

I’m learning that fear will wrap its arms around you slowly

Drag you into a dance of mediocrity, where all you do is sway from side to side

But you can break free, all you need to do is take that step

I’m growing, blooming.

It’s hard to shed, it’s painful

But it’s beautiful. Even when it’s bathed in tears and soaked in sweat, it still glistens.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
