As the article mentioned, pardoning Arpaio undermines the court’s balance of power over the executive by showing that the court does not have any real power to enforce its orders. By neutering a branch of government, the Constitution’s outline of separation of powers is therefore undermined. If you support the neutering of the Judiciary, you are supporting the consolidation of power in the executive, which is antithetical to our democratic system, and a view directly against what the Constitution outlines as a safe operating parameters for the Republic.
