Making claims without specific citations does not count as a fact. It counts as a claim.

What would the discussion be? An argument over the basic capabilities of half of humans to do certain kinds of work? I don’t see how this manifesto is encouraging the solution to a problem, it seems to me primarily to be an attack on female co-workers’ by only making claims of their inability, without any recognition of the human ability to learn. It is reductive biological determinism and lazy pseudo-intellectualism. Unless you can provide good reasons why I’m wrong about this interpretation I don’t see any reason to give the author benefit of the doubt that he didn’t write it solely to claim superiority.
