Do they sit together at lunch, all three of these students?
The American Century

Well this isn’t high school so we don’t all go on break together at the same time. But to your point, yes there are times where all of us come together and have reasonable discourse. Our campus Democrat and Republican clubs, as well as the resident Libertarian club, have all been good about setting up times for mingling. I was even part of a pilot radio show program (unfortunately didn’t pan out) that was specifically about sitting down people of different perspectives and discussing and understanding modern political issues through each of our lenses.

For all the crap, and there’s a lot of crap, that goes on on college campuses, there’s a lot more good that goes unreported. For every time Milo Yiannopoulos goes to rile up college students, there are events that promote real dialogue.
