Thanks Glen for your response and insights, I just hope that the Investment being made outside the country is not at the expense of ignoring talent here at home,, the many rules of amature status, age restrictions and culture differences may make it easier to operate outside the country. Just as a aside I am a little disturbed that fewer Black kids are choosing baseball in this country instead playing youth basketball and football, but this like all trends may change on its own, but I would still like to know that inner city baseball is given a chance to grow. Team sports were so important to me growing up without a dad at home, I am forever grateful for the coaches and friends I had along the way.
