Megan, this blog was insightful. You gave a balanced approach towards teachers learning from students and students learning from teachers. I also enjoyed reading the empowerment of equality by just allowing students to voice their opinions and share their experiences, language, and culture to one another. You mentioned the result was to support and value one another which leads to the mindset of learning as something positive, a time spent well invested in their learning, as you said.
