Spin Bike lapses you must avoid


I got a spin bike last year. Initially I saw very few results and only after I read about it online I realized the mistakes I was making. In this article I am going to cover those mistakes so that you do not make them.

Just pushing the pedals

Well if you have been just pushing the pedal that is a big mistake you are making. You don’t just have to push the pedal you also need to pull it. If you simply just push them you will end up tiring your quads. Apart from that just pushing will only provide workout to your quads instead of the entire body. Practice pushing as well as pulling order to make the most of your spinning workouts.

Not increasing the Resistance

If you are able to workout at a specific resistance level easily then you need to increase it further rather than simply continuing with it. The problem with not increasing the resistance is that it hinders your muscle development and also leaves you prone to injuries because it can sometimes become difficult to control your spin bike on a lower resistance levels. Apart from that your body will not be able to develop new muscles which means you will end up wasting a lot of time.
