Well, it’s inevitable that there is conflict when people work together. And it’s also inevitable that at some point somebody will feel treated unfairly.

At the same time, it’s hard to find out if they really have been treated unfairly. This isn’t a contradiction.

And yes, it’s very easy to say somebody should be fired, if it’s not your own company, and you don’t bear any of the financial consequences. Would you be prepared to chip in?
