Nice blogpost 😊

“Humans will make mistakes. Allow it, encourage it, and embrace it.”

In my personal experience I once messed up really badly on a production environment and quite a lot of people noticed the outage.

I wasn’t the only responsible for the outage, but I took full responsibility and we stopped pointing fingers at each other and took serious matters to make sure the problem didn’t reoccur.

In the end my boss at the time reached out to me and told me that he appreciated that I took full responsibility and that I wanted to move forward..

Sometimes its good to just admit that you’re wrong, making mistakes is part of being human..
