While you make great points, i think you misunderstand the key issue with money. Issuing or “printing” money is itself not the problem. The way we issue and destroy money determines our social priorities and who has resource access, and why they are granted resource access. The challenges of managing money are social and not physical, so I don’t think your assertions about energy are as important as you think. Energy is a part of all these processes just like oxygen is used by humans in all their actions too, and yet oxygen is usually not a key issue behind social problems. The issues with money are about social and political governance — ie high level abstractions of life, not energy balance which is a level detail.
