THIS needs to be required reading for every non-profit that claims they promote diversity and are trying to bring people closer together. There is so much fluff and nonsense with most non-profits that I have almost completely stopped giving to them, and have focused more on local organizations where I can openly see where my contribution is being put to its best use.
