Thanks for asking marjorie steele. For me, it’s simple: dealing head on with conflict (and urgently). I don’t like conflict, so I do not naturally attack it. However, when I do deal with it, I feel “detached” and healthy. When I avoid it, the dead grass builds up and begins to suffocate me. I use simple mantras - as compensatory systems - for reminding myself to do certain things that are not natural for me in life, such as attacking conflict. My mantra for this is, “Deal, Deal, Deal!”.
